About the Sticklepath Conservation Area
The Sticklepath Conservation Area covers about 15 hectares and was designated by Dartmoor National Park in 1973. Inside the boundary are 20 listed buildings (1 Grade II*, 19 Grade II). The most significant is Finch Foundry and Foundry House, Grade II*. Part of the area lies in flood zone 3, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
