The Drewsteignton Conservation Area covers about 8.4 hectares and was designated by Dartmoor National Park in 1972. Inside the boundary are 28 listed buildings (1 Grade I, 3 Grade II*, 24 Grade II). The most significant is Church of the Holy Trinity, Grade I.
