About the Waddesdon Conservation Area
The Waddesdon Conservation Area covers about 198 hectares and was designated by Buckinghamshire Council in 1990. Inside the boundary are 55 listed buildings (1 Grade I, 1 Grade II*, 53 Grade II). The most significant is Waddesdon Manor, Grade I. 2 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
