About the Quainton Conservation Area
The Quainton Conservation Area covers about 24 hectares and was designated by Buckinghamshire Council in 2015. Inside the boundary are 46 listed buildings (1 Grade I, 6 Grade II*, 39 Grade II). The most significant is Church of St Mary and the Holy Cross, Grade I. 7 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
