The Cuddington Conservation Area covers about 11 hectares and was designated by Buckinghamshire Council in 1976. Inside the boundary are 37 listed buildings (2 Grade II*, 35 Grade II). The most significant is Parish Church of St Nicholas, Grade II*. 1 Tree Preservation Order record overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
