About the Dinton, Westlington, Upton and Gibraltar Conservation Area
The Dinton, Westlington, Upton and Gibraltar Conservation Area covers about 66 hectares and was designated by Buckinghamshire Council in 1971. Inside the boundary are 50 listed buildings (1 Grade I, 1 Grade II*, 48 Grade II). The most significant is Parish Church of Saints Peter and Paul, Grade I. 2 Article 4 directions over the area remove further householder rights, on top of the conservation area limits below. 8 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
