About the North Meols Conservation Area
The North Meols Conservation Area covers about 56 hectares and was designated by Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council in 1988. Inside the boundary are 17 listed buildings (1 Grade II*, 16 Grade II). The most significant is Meols Hall, Grade II*. Part of the area lies in flood zone 3, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
