About the Gateacre Village Conservation Area
The Gateacre Village Conservation Area covers about 7.6 hectares and was designated by Liverpool City Council in 1996. Inside the boundary are 33 listed buildings, all Grade II. 5 Article 4 directions over the area remove further householder rights, on top of the conservation area limits below. 30 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
