The Wavertree Village Conservation Area covers about 36 hectares and was designated by Liverpool City Council in 1979. Inside the boundary are 54 listed buildings (5 Grade II*, 49 Grade II). The most significant is 102A, HIGH STREET (See details for further address information), Grade II*. 16 Article 4 directions over the area remove further householder rights, on top of the conservation area limits below. 23 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
