About the Sefton Park Conservation Area
The Sefton Park Conservation Area covers about 175 hectares and was designated by Liverpool City Council in 1996. Inside the boundary are 42 listed buildings (3 Grade I, 3 Grade II*, 36 Grade II). The most significant is Parish Church of St Agnes and St Pancras, Grade I. 5 Article 4 directions over the area remove further householder rights, on top of the conservation area limits below. 43 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
