Inside the boundary are 22 listed buildings (4 Grade I, 1 Grade II*, 17 Grade II). The most significant is Entrance Gates and Screen Across East Front of Wotton House, With Gazebo and Walls to Pavilions, Grade I. 1 Tree Preservation Order record overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
