About the Gunnerside Conservation Area
The Gunnerside Conservation Area covers about 3.2 hectares and was designated by Yorkshire Dales National Park in 2002. Inside the boundary are 11 listed buildings, all Grade II. Part of the area lies in flood zone 3, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
