About the Bainbridge Conservation Area
The Bainbridge Conservation Area covers about 39 hectares and was designated by Yorkshire Dales National Park in 2000. Inside the boundary are 11 listed buildings, all Grade II. Part of the area lies in flood zone 3, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
