The Clifton Park Conservation Area covers about 7.1 hectares and was designated by Wirral Borough Council in 2004. Inside the boundary are 22 listed buildings, all Grade II. 44 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
