The Dyrham Conservation Area covers about 21 hectares and was designated by South Gloucestershire Council in 1975. Inside the boundary are 36 listed buildings (4 Grade I, 32 Grade II). The most significant is Church of St Peter, Grade I. 2 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
