The Georgeham Conservation Area covers about 8.4 hectares and was designated by North Devon District Council in 2009. Inside the boundary are 15 listed buildings (1 Grade I, 14 Grade II). The most significant is Church of St George, Grade I. Part of the area lies in flood zone 3, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
