The Croyde Conservation Area covers about 8.7 hectares and was designated by North Devon District Council in 2009. Inside the boundary are 26 listed buildings (1 Grade II*, 25 Grade II). The most significant is Myrtle Farmhouse, Grade II*. Part of the area lies in flood zone 3, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
