About the Braunton Conservation Area
The Braunton Conservation Area covers about 20 hectares and was designated by North Devon District Council in 2011. Inside the boundary are 30 listed buildings (1 Grade I, 3 Grade II*, 26 Grade II). The most significant is Church of St Brannock, Grade I. Part of the area lies in flood zone 3, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
