About the EARITH Conservation Area
The EARITH Conservation Area covers about 64 hectares and was designated by Huntingdonshire District Council in 2008. Inside the boundary are 27 listed buildings (2 Grade II*, 25 Grade II). The most significant is 91, High Street, Grade II*. 17 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work. Part of the area lies in flood zone 2, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
