The Bluntisham Conservation Area covers about 13 hectares and was designated by Huntingdonshire District Council in 1980. Inside the boundary are 22 listed buildings (3 Grade II*, 19 Grade II). The most significant is Bluntisham House, Grade II*. 10 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
