The Admaston Conservation Area covers about 62 hectares and was designated by East Staffordshire Borough Council in 1989. Inside the boundary are 21 listed buildings (2 Grade I, 2 Grade II*, 17 Grade II). The most significant is Blithfield Hall, Grade I.
