The Good Easter Conservation Area covers about 5.8 hectares and was designated by Chelmsford City Council in 1981. Inside the boundary are 6 listed buildings (1 Grade I, 1 Grade II*, 4 Grade II). The most significant is Barn on Roadside at Falconers Hall Known As the Top Barn Barn on Roadside at Faulkner's Hall Known As the Granary, Grade I.
