The MYSTOLE PARK ( CHARTHAM ) Conservation Area covers about 120 hectares and was designated by Canterbury City Council in 1996. Inside the boundary are 13 listed buildings (2 Grade II*, 11 Grade II). The most significant is Mystole Coach House, Grade II*. 1 Article 4 direction over the area removes further householder rights, on top of the conservation area limits below. 1 Tree Preservation Order record overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
