About the The PETHAM Conservation Area
The The PETHAM Conservation Area covers about 82 hectares and was designated by Canterbury City Council in 1994. Inside the boundary are 20 listed buildings (1 Grade I, 1 Grade II*, 18 Grade II). The most significant is Church of All Saints, Grade I. 4 Article 4 directions over the area remove further householder rights, on top of the conservation area limits below. 72 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
