The Marsh Gibbon Conservation Area covers about 12 hectares and was designated by Buckinghamshire Council in 1980. Inside the boundary are 49 listed buildings (2 Grade II*, 47 Grade II). The most significant is Church of St Mary, Grade II*. 4 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
