The Saltford Conservation Area covers about 12 hectares and was designated by Bath and North East Somerset Council in 1977. Inside the boundary are 21 listed buildings (2 Grade II*, 19 Grade II). The most significant is Old Brass Mill, Grade II*. Part of the area lies in flood zone 3, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
