The Combe Hay Conservation Area covers about 15 hectares and was designated by Bath and North East Somerset Council in 1981. Inside the boundary are 23 listed buildings (1 Grade I, 1 Grade II*, 21 Grade II). The most significant is Combe Hay Manor, Grade I. Part of the area lies in flood zone 3, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
