The Bathampton Conservation Area covers about 12 hectares and was designated by Bath and North East Somerset Council in 1984. Inside the boundary are 30 listed buildings (2 Grade II*, 28 Grade II). The most significant is Garden Building, 100 Yards to South of Bathampton Lodge, Grade II*.
