The Acomb Conservation Area covers about 14 hectares and was designated by City of York Council in 1975. Inside the boundary are 21 listed buildings (1 Grade II*, 20 Grade II). The most significant is Acomb House and Railings and Gates Attached to Front, Grade II*.
