The Regent Street Conservation Area covers about 18 hectares and was designated by City of Westminster in 1990. Inside the boundary are 54 listed buildings (1 Grade I, 5 Grade II*, 48 Grade II). The most significant is Shaftesbury Memorial Fountain Eros, Grade I. 1 Article 4 direction over the area removes further householder rights, on top of the conservation area limits below.
