The East Marylebone Conservation Area covers about 18 hectares and was designated by City of Westminster in 1990. Inside the boundary are 43 listed buildings (1 Grade I, 4 Grade II*, 38 Grade II). The most significant is All Saints Church and Numbers 7 and 8: All Saints Church House and Vestry, Including Railings to Basement Area and Attached Pair of Lamp Standards, Grade I. 2 Article 4 directions over the area remove further householder rights, on top of the conservation area limits below.
