The Minster Lovell Conservation Area covers about 81 hectares and was designated by West Oxfordshire District Council in 1990. Inside the boundary are 28 listed buildings (2 Grade I, 3 Grade II*, 23 Grade II). The most significant is Church of Saint Kenelm, Grade I. Part of the area lies in flood zone 3, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
