About the Kingham Conservation Area
The Kingham Conservation Area covers about 37 hectares and was designated by West Oxfordshire District Council in 1986. Inside the boundary are 43 listed buildings (2 Grade II*, 41 Grade II). The most significant is Church of St Andrew, Grade II*. 2 Article 4 directions over the area remove further householder rights, on top of the conservation area limits below. Part of the area lies in flood zone 2, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
