About the Eastbury Conservation Area
The Eastbury Conservation Area covers about 6.3 hectares and was designated by West Berkshire Council in 1973. Inside the boundary are 36 listed buildings (4 Grade II*, 32 Grade II). The most significant is Manor Farmhouse, Grade II*. 11 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work. Part of the area lies in flood zone 3, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
