The Maresfield Conservation Area covers about 16 hectares and was designated by Wealden District Council in 2017. Inside the boundary are 14 listed buildings (1 Grade I, 1 Grade II*, 12 Grade II). The most significant is The Parish Church of St Bartholomew, Grade I.
