About the Forest Row Conservation Area
The Forest Row Conservation Area covers about 8.5 hectares and was designated by Wealden District Council in 2017. Inside the boundary are 16 listed buildings, all Grade II. Part of the area lies in flood zone 3, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
