The Coleshill Conservation Area covers about 15 hectares and was designated by Vale of White Horse District Council in 1971. Inside the boundary are 37 listed buildings (3 Grade II*, 34 Grade II). The most significant is Church of All Saints, Grade II*. Part of the area lies in flood zone 3, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
