The Offham Conservation Area covers about 8.9 hectares and was designated by Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council in 1971. Inside the boundary are 18 listed buildings (2 Grade II*, 16 Grade II). The most significant is Quintain House and New Quintain, Grade II*.
