The Woodmancote Conservation Area covers about 5.4 hectares and was designated by Tewkesbury Borough Council in 1979. Inside the boundary are 10 listed buildings (1 Grade II*, 9 Grade II). The most significant is The Manor Farmhouse (two Occupations), Grade II*. 1 Tree Preservation Order record overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
