The Gretton Conservation Area covers about 14 hectares and was designated by Tewkesbury Borough Council in 1975. Inside the boundary are 20 listed buildings (1 Grade II*, 19 Grade II). The most significant is Gretton Farmhouse, Grade II*. 3 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
