About the Warmley Conservation Area
The Warmley Conservation Area covers about 16 hectares and was designated by South Gloucestershire Council in 1995. Inside the boundary are 9 listed buildings (1 Grade II*, 8 Grade II). The most significant is Warmley House and Stable Block, Grade II*. 33 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work. Part of the area lies in flood zone 3, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
