The West Wratting Conservation Area covers about 13 hectares and was designated by South Cambridgeshire District Council in 1976. Inside the boundary are 15 listed buildings (1 Grade II*, 14 Grade II). The most significant is Church of St Andrew, Grade II*. 4 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
