About the Kingston Conservation Area
The Kingston Conservation Area covers about 12 hectares and was designated by South Cambridgeshire District Council in 1974. Inside the boundary are 16 listed buildings (1 Grade I, 2 Grade II*, 13 Grade II). The most significant is Church of All Saints and St Andrew, Grade I. 1 Tree Preservation Order record overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
