The Comberton - Village Conservation Area covers about 20 hectares and was designated by South Cambridgeshire District Council in 1973. Inside the boundary are 34 listed buildings, all Grade II. 4 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
