The Guilden Morden Conservation Area covers about 19 hectares and was designated by South Cambridgeshire District Council in 1975. Inside the boundary are 35 listed buildings (1 Grade I, 34 Grade II). The most significant is Parish Church of St Mary, Grade I. 2 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
