The Eltisley Conservation Area covers about 11 hectares and was designated by South Cambridgeshire District Council in 1975. Inside the boundary are 13 listed buildings (1 Grade II*, 12 Grade II). The most significant is Parish Church of St John the Baptist and St Pandionia, Grade II*.
