About the Croxton Conservation Area
The Croxton Conservation Area covers about 5.8 hectares and was designated by South Cambridgeshire District Council in 1975. Inside the boundary are 11 listed buildings, all Grade II. 4 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
