About the Ufford Conservation Area
The Ufford Conservation Area covers about 28 hectares and was designated by Peterborough City Council in 1975. Inside the boundary are 39 listed buildings (2 Grade I, 5 Grade II*, 32 Grade II). The most significant is Church of St Andrew, Grade I. 6 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
