About the Guyzance Conservation Area
The Guyzance Conservation Area covers about 33 hectares and was designated by Northumberland County Council in 2007. Inside the boundary are 17 listed buildings, all Grade II. Part of the area lies in flood zone 3, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
