About the Breamore Conservation Area
The Breamore Conservation Area covers about 440 hectares and was designated by New Forest District Council in 2000. Inside the boundary are 78 listed buildings (1 Grade I, 4 Grade II*, 73 Grade II). The most significant is Church of St Mary, Grade I. 2 Article 4 directions over the area remove further householder rights, on top of the conservation area limits below. Part of the area lies in flood zone 3, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
